Security at Pixar

Getting inside the doors of Pixar's studios and headquarters is in itself no easy feat. But actually going into one of Pixar's presentation theaters, where films (or parts of films) are being screened in advance –that's even tougher, says Patrick Klepek of the MTV Multiplayer blog who writes today about his recent experience with Pixar security.

In his post, Klepek, who was one of the people invited for a tour of the Emeryville, California campus last week, describes Pixar's security screening process, which he says took around an hour, and involved a patting down and the checking of any electronic devices, among other things.

After reading this, Pixar has suddenly become even cooler to me...
