Empire has obtained the above shown WALL-E posters which are being used to advertise the film in the United Kingdom.
I'm not one to criticize, and I've mentioned this before, but this style of poster is rather disappointing when compared with the fabulous international posters which made their way online last week (see here and here).

I have to confess that "In space, no one can hear you clean" made me laugh. :)
But otherwise, yeah, they're kind of uninspired...
Looks like the UK was aiming for a more humorous approach. Hey, I laughed out loud! But I'd sooner buy the Russian poster for it's cinematic beauty. USA's weren't terrible.

I work in advertising and I love love love the 'in space no one can hear you clean' line. I think it's inspired and it made me laugh out loud too. The other's weren't up to scratch, they should have pillaged other famous space movie lines I reckon...
