Double feature teaser #2 + TV spot

A second teaser for the Toy Story/Toy Story 2 3-D double feature has arrived online, as has the first television advert for the limited-time motion picture event. The at times hilarious TV spot is embedded below for your enjoyment.

Both of these do a good job explaining the double feature to a perhaps unfamiliar audience.

Anyone see "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" last weekend?

I did.

During the entire movie, I was laughing REALLY hard, and I had had two sodas during the movie, and once I finished, I had to get to the restroom!

It is SO hilarious!

Sadly, there's another great competitor to take the third place highest grossing CG movie--Astro Boy. That one I'm mad about seeing.

I'm definently seeing this with a bunch of my friends on that Friday - organizing them is a challenging (but fun) task!

I saw CWaCoM yesterday, too. I agree that it was really funny - Sony Pictures Animation hit one out of the ballpark with this one.

yeah I also agree with PixarFanatic I also think AstroBoy is gonna be awesome!!! Can't wait til it comes out, I still haven't seen Cloudy with a chance of meatballs yet, I still remember reading the book in Elementary School. I hope I can c it soon I guess I'll see it when Toy Story 1 & 2 comes out in 3D.

@PixarFanatic: I want to see Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs quite badly right now. Glad to hear it's really funny! So Mike? Will you be going to see "Meatballs"? I want to hear the opinions of other Pixar fans!

Yeah, let's hope Astro Boy becomes the third animated movie to get nominated for Best Animated Feature. It would be an excellent competitor for Up.

Seriously... they need to change the Best Animated Feature to 5 instead of just 3.

Of course, Ice Age 3 stands in Astro Boy's way... speaking of which, it just outgrossed Finding Nemo... BLEAH! It was good, but not THAT good!
