Pixar Canada website active

Briefly: The official website for Pixar Canada is now up at pixarcanada.com, although it appears that construction may not yet be completed. The 5-page site has basic information about the satellite studio and current/future career opportunites.

This is kind of random, but under the jobs tab on the new site, one of the jobs listed under Spring-Summer 2010 is ex-Navy Seal. Just wondering...

The job page mentions that they'll be looking for an ex-navy SEAL spring 2010. Joke?

I dont think the Seal is a joke - perhaps they need an expert for a project. Anyways, I don't know what the rest of you are doing but I'm going to be working on my reel for the next 6 months. See you in BC!

I notice that the rotation of characters on the main page leaves out Bug's Life and Up. I guess I understand Up, but must we always forget Flik and Co.?

I noticed that too -not good.

Wow, the ABL and Up omissions sadden me greatly, since those are some of my favorites. :( Up I kind of understand, I mean, fans got a good dose of Up excitement this year -- but us longtime ABL fans haven't had a single thing since the movie's original release to keep us in the mood. PLEASE Pixar, do something for that movie...

I knew my SEAL training would get me somewhere someday... I can animate AND take down the bad guys

Nick if that's true you might be cut out to make great battle sequences, like Wolfgang Reitherman.
