'TS3' soundtrack and video game on sale today

The Toy Story 3 soundtrack album, with music by Randy Newman and the Gipsy Kings, is on sale digitally today at the iTunes Store, Amazon MP3, and other fine online music retailers.

The album comes with a PDF booklet that includes an intro by director Lee Unkrich; lyrics to two original songs; and stills from the film, a couple of which you might not have seen before.

I'm listening to the soundtrack as write this and it's incredible. The track "Woody Bails" is one emotional piece of music, and "Cowboy!" will have you on the edge of your seat. Randy Newman has done it again.

If you can't wait to watch Toy Story 3 when it opens on Friday, this soundtrack is your perfect solution. And it's only $9.99 at iTunes (U.S. & Canada), $7.99 at Amazon MP3 (U.S. only).

Also available today is the Toy Story 3 video game (box art pictured) and a 'TS3' app from the iOS App Store.

Toy Story 3: The Video Game is the first ever video game based on a Pixar movie developed internally at Disney in close collaboration with Pixar. It's available for Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, Windows/Mac, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable (PSP), and Xbox 360.

The Toy Story 3 app allows users to download and play new games and activities themed to the movie. It's compatible with the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
