Some of the previous occupants are apparently unhappy, feeling that their leases were not renewed because of Pixar's need for additional space. The tipster suggests that an "exposé" of this "will likely surface soon", possibly in the media.
I haven't verified any of this information, so treat it a straight-up rumour for now. But I always welcome news of Pixar's continued growth.
