It´s not Ayrton Senna, it´s kind of a stereotype of brazilian people, but, anyway, I loved this brazilian female car. It´s nice to be represented in a Pixar film.
My drama teacher in highschool once gave me a lesson on material integrity - the basics are - if you're going to present a certian subject matter, do your homework on it and don't try to fool your audience. Recently I worked on a surfing show where little to no research was done on surf culture, or even basic surf moves - the stories, boards and animation were all dreamed up by people who had never surfed. This show lacked material integrity and was as appealing to real surfers as Cars is to real automotive enthusiasts or race fans.
Well, the little discription shows little to no research: Interlagos race track sits in São Paulo, not Rio de Janeiro. Rio's racetrack is located in Jacarepaguá. And that's just basic geography...
And more into the brazilian race culture: São Paulo also hosts the Indy race in a street circuit, despite of the Formula 1 that is carried in Interlagos.
Therefore, São Paulo is much more related to the racing world then Rio, where Carla comes from. Really bizzare...
@BuBKa it doesn't say that Interlagos is in Rio de Janeiro. It says that Carlo hails from there.
