I LOVE the large variety of characters going on in the poster. It was fun to find all of the ones that had been realeased! And also to guess what the role of the characters on the poster that HADN'T been released would be.
In the far, bottom-right corner, I think I see Luigi's parents, in addition to his aunt and uncle which have already been revealed. I have a follow-up comment to this on your update post...

Gotta admit, that's pretty awesome. Seems someone in the WDMP publicity department sure loves their poster triptychs.
Very interesting. Are all parts of this poster based directly off of the movie?
