Exclusive: Monsters University logo revealed

Disney Enterprises, Inc. registered this logo for Monsters University with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on March 24, five days before the title was publicly announced.

The four applications cover everything from toys and games to clothing and office supplies.

Yeah... I don't like it that much either. I was expecting something more simple...like just the U over the M. I bet they'll change the logo in time.

I actually like this logo. Just like Robby said, it looks a lot better without a "2" in the title.
I feel like this movie has a good chance of breaking the common trend of lackluster prequels.
