I love Michael Giacchino, he's my hero.
Heh. It may be a bit early to say anything yet... but when I heard the accompanying music for the clip that we saw recently, I was horrified. The music we heard in the UK trailer for that little scene was ten times better.
If this is how the rest of the score is going to sound, this'll probably be one of if not the worst Pixar score yet.
Mine too! I can't believe he's scoring for all those movies :o Awesome person!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Cars 2 his 4th Pixar project? I thought he did the Incredibles, Ratatouille, and UP ... the second paragraph in the article says Cars 2 is only his 3rd project.
Me too! ^o^ I love his work.

Anonymous #1: And Lifted, Partly Cloudy, Day & Night...
Darrell: You must be joking. The score I heard in that clip sounded absolutely incredible!
Don't forget One Man Band, Mike
@Darrel: I think the surf guitar was AWESOME. I don't really think it will be 'the worst Pixar score yet'... Only time will tell, though.
I KNEW I had missed one!
Well, I see surly, cynical Darrell is back...
To the anonymous commenter who's comment I will publish tomorrow, thank you. Tell me more.
Anonymous commenter: What was shown onscreen?
Can't tell you, Mike!
