Very little intel is available at this point about Frozen, such as whether it will be traditionally animated or CG. It's been stuck in development at Disney for about a decade.
The rescheduling, to date unknown, caused some momentary confusion, with many outlets assuming that Frozen was the title for the Bob Peterson-directed dinosaur story.

Disappointed that they aren't just calling it "The Snow Queen". Tangled was a great film, but was poorly titled in my opinion. No reason to stick with these "catchy" titles.
If this gets pushed back to 2014, I will be VERY upset.
Frozen?
Sounds like a spiritual sequel to Tangled.
Frozen is a stupid name. Like Tangled. I still hate the name. One day people can make stupid sentences using stupid Movie titles.
"Tangled Up Brave Frozen Cars"
i understand not calling it "The Snow Queen". you don't want to have the film and the story the same title cause if you change something in the movie version ppl will only remember the movie instead of the original story. Its probably just an adaptation anyway. not a big deal
Frozen?
Yeah. Not seeing that in theaters.
Do they actually believe the title change to Tangled made the movie more popular?
Hah. Guess again.
They can't be called "Rapunzel" or "The Snow Queen," because then the movies would be named after girls. Geez, it's like you want an outbreak of cooties.
Tangled is not named Rapunzel due to copyright issues, so maybe the case of frozen. Why do you blame films and companies for the name of their films instead of the quality and entertainment they offer... People sometimes makes me sick... Do yourself a film and be critizised for the title you choose... It's not tasty the read if we call it otherwise??
Before, I was completely opposed with these title changes, especially with Tangled. But after much thought, somehow I think they are partly right in changing them. Most of the boys and men wouldn't know how awesome the films are if they weren't "tricked" into watching them.
This was the case with my dad and male cousins. After watching Tangled (which I loved very much), I wanted to spread the joy and recommend them to everyone. They (my dad, etc) usually avoid films with girly titles, but when we had a movie night and I suggested Tangled, they didn't respond negatively and they gamely watched it and didn't walk out, even when the opening song kicked in (I thought it was so girlish in a male-non-disney-fairytale-fan point-of-view).
(watta long post)
Yet again, we have to wait for Pixar to put out two new films in the same year.
Anonymous #5 is absolutely correct. It's why they made the name change to Tangled in the first place--because it was open to a nicely wide audience, and they figured the original title would scare guys off. (Unfortunately, the marketing for the film was still pretty horrendous.)
That's exactly what's happening here. They're changing the names because they're not entirely girly flicks--and they want to make sure that the guys don't miss out so they get more money.
What I do not understand is, why is John Lasseter letting Disney have all the more negative sounding word as their movie titles, while Pixar have the better ones?
Brave, of course, sounds more positive, and a good word indeed.
Up, another good word, up is generally seen as moving forward, upward, improving, lifting than being a downer.
On the contrary... Tangled sounds horrible, it sounds like a huge mess, disorganized.
Frozen.. Oh come on, frozen in time? Not progressing and cold sounding.
Wreck it Ralph is a stupidier name compared to Reboot Ralph or Joe Jump. Wreck, well, is a wreck. The name itself is such a wreck. Positivity? Not really.
Makes me wonder what is JL really thinking. Is he REALLY trying to save Disney, or is he trying to wreck it?
Tangled may have been an annoying name, but the film itself was actually very enjoyable movie. I am kind of disappointed that the Dinosaur movie is being delayed. But not too much, honestly. Movies take a long time to get developed, it happens all the time.
^ I've been thinking the same thing since he booted Glen Keane from (then) Rapunzel's director seat.
