Watch: Wreck-It Ralph U.K. Trailer

The U.K. trailer for Wreck-It Ralph has hit the web, complete with a cool 8-bit Disney logo intro. Although much of the footage isn't new, it's the best so far for the movie.

The scene with Vanellope in the dessert car at the end is gorgeously animated and lit, isn't it? Plus, it leads me to believe her character (voiced by Sarah Silverman) might not be as 'freakishly annoying' as she's been in previous trailers.

Best trailer yet!

I like how there kinda ripping off both Toy Story and Nightmare before Christmas but using it to there advantage to make an interesting and (hopefully) enjoyable original movie.

As a avid video game fan I am really looking forward to this movie. It reminds me of the days of going into the arcades to play games instead of owning all the consoles. Should be a great movie

I thought only Pixar movies get the 3-month-lag treatment in the UK. Apparently not, Disney movies do too. Not living in the UK, so I feel kinda bad for the animation fanatics across the pond.

Not as fond as others of this trailer to be fair, it's one of those trailers that instead of giving you enough to want to make you watch, it gives away too much and reveals to you the biggest jokes and plot points in 2 minutes. Not as fun as finding out said jokes yourself.

Vanellope is still really irritating in a way that makes her unlikable sadly though that bit was pretty, wasn't it? I hope for at least some form of redemption in the film.

Judging only from this trailer, I think I would have been paying more attention to this movie if the title didn't suggest cars and construction more than video games. They are alienating women and anyone else who plays video games but isn't into machines or demolition. As for Vanellope, I hope there are some quiet moments where she has a full conversation and is likable. Just seeing the shouty punchlines, all I can think is that Sarah Silverman's voice sounds too much older than her character's face and small stature. It somehow fails to be cute. And I like Sarah Silverman! I want her to be good in this, but it seems like bad casting.
