Here's the first featurette for Monsters University, hosted by director Dan Scanlon. Not the most polished promo, but it expands what we know of the plot and includes some new footage. Now can we get another trailer, please?

That was cool, I wasn't particularly enthusiastic about MU but this has made me more interested :)

I can't believe this. They didn't show us any footage for 7 months and then, they release a featurette that shows about 15 seconds of footage and basically summarizes the whole movie. And I still have NO IDEA if I'm excited for this yet!
I'm so frightened that this will be another Cars 2 instead of another Toy Story 2. I think it will be good, but you never can tell these days.
I think I share the sentiment of the Youtube users that this preview has too many spoilers.
My hopes are not very high for this one. Pixar, please put out another trailer. Even then, a "college movie" doesn't seem like their style so I'm not sure a new trailer will help. This video made it look like a lot of other college movies. idk maybe I just miss Boo =P

theres gotta be something more about this film they're not gonna tell us. i have a feeling it'll be like a toy story 3, like how sunnyside turned out to be a prison. theres obviously something more to this film though.
