I LOVED The Lion King in 3D. I thought the conversion was amazing and I will be seeing Beauty and the Beast. As for The Little Mermaid in 3D, can't freakin' wait!

Of course, Beauty and the Beast is currently available on DVD and Blu-Ray right now, so if you want to see it, you can just buy or rent it. There's no reason to go see this thing in theatres.

Yeah, "Lion King" 3D didn't work for me either. I felt slightly dizzy by the end... BUT the joy of seeing it back on the really big screen (it took me back to when I saw it for the first time as a kid) and listening to the gorgeous soundtrack in a huge surround system was enough for me to feel happy. The same reason why I'll probably go watch "Beauty and the Beast".
